Ceramics are daily-use and artisanal objects with a long history of craftsmanship. A high-quality ceramic product requires more than ten rigorous steps, from raw material selection to final shipment.

We start with the selection of raw materials and the preparation of the dough. High-quality clays and natural kaolin are chosen, undergoing processes of crushing, filtration, washing, decantation, and maturation. Impurities and coarse particles are removed to obtain a fine, elastic dough suitable for modeling.

The next stage is shaping: it is divided into hand modeling, mechanical turning, and casting in molds. Handwork preserves natural lines and a craft feel; mechanical turning is ideal for mass production; casting is used for complex and articulated forms. After shaping, the artifact is left to dry slowly in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight and air currents to prevent cracks and deformations.

They proceed with finishing and the first firing. When the semi-finished product is semi-dry, the edges are refined and the surface is polished to achieve harmonious lines. Then, a low-temperature firing is performed to harden the structure, making it more durable and ready for glazing and decoration.

Then comes the finishing and decoration. Techniques such as dip coating, spray painting, and rotary coating are used to achieve a uniform, transparent, and glossy layer. Decorations can be hand-painted, decals, raised patterns, and decorative edges, with styles ranging from minimalist and Mediterranean to retro and rustic, suitable for any home decor.

Finally, high-temperature firing and quality control. Firing at temperatures above 1280°C vitrifies the glaze, making the ceramic compact, heat-resistant, and easy to clean. Each piece is manually inspected: those with deformities, pores, or cracks are discarded. The selected products are then packaged and ready for daily use, gifts, and home decor.
